Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Take a global role for one or more similar product lines management, including:
- Business growth & profitability
- Market research and requirement capture based on VOC process (New product & product improvements)
- Product roadmap development and product portfolio management
- Product launching & phase-out management
* Support on global sales growth via:
- SFG enhancement based on application knowledge and competitive analysis
- Technical and solution support
- Product Support Documentation Creation & ｄｅｌivery
* Collaborate with SBUs on Marketing Communications/Campaigns/Promotion
- Trainer of SBU production training for sales
- Quarterly InfoFlash for market promotion
- Product/Market promotions
* Release engineering and management (support R&D)
* Quality and ｄｅｌivery

Qualifications:
* Education
- Engineering on optical instrumentation, electronics, mechanical, software, Chemistry, biology, BS or above, with MBA is better
* Working years
- 3 years or more, on PM related role or good market sense with high potential
- Multi-culture Experience, available for global business travel
* Professional skill
- Product management
- Engineering or sales experiences
- Strong communication capability and project management
